[Resolved] Idea Cellular — sim card deactivate after 399 recharge in idea number [protected] | |||
I am mit manish bhavsar from ahmedabad. I had purchased idea no. [protected] before few years (2016). As this number is not utilized since long so i had inquire at idea store at bopal whether this number is active or not?. As per idea store at bopal, this number is active and it is in the name of mit manish bhavsar, so i had replaced sim with new 4g sim :[protected] by paying rs.50/- and giving relevant documents : proof of identity and personal photo at idea store. Then as per guidance of idea customer care i had recharge the card with rs.399/- on friday[protected]:25. I had utilized it for a day. Then next day all of sudden this number has stopped working by giving message that this number is not exist. By contacting idea customer care i got reply that your card was not in use since 90 days, so it is inactive. I am little bit surprised that if my card is in active then (1) how idea store issue new 4g sim card[protected] on in active number by accepting proof of identity & taking personal photograph? (2) how any one can able to recharge for rs.399/- on in active number? (3) how any one can talk for a day on in active number? As i want to utilize this number, you are requested to start this number with immediate effect with 399 plan. Was this information helpful? | |||
