[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — sim card not activated even after 10 days

I have converted my postpaid connection into prepaid on 2nd septmber, 2017 its already 10days gone still my prepaid sim is not activated. When i visit the store they will say always there is the technical issue wait for some time. What is this? Such a worst network idea. How much time i have to wait i have already waited for 10 days. Postpaid sim deactivated and prepaid sim not activated. Mobile number is : [protected]. Alternate number : [protected]

Please resolve this issue on urgent basis.
