Idea Cellular — Sim card shows emergency calls only

Idea sim card is not working from today morning (03/10/2020), it is showing as emergency calls only. Don't know what is the problem, not able to do outgoing calls nor receiving incoming calls. Please help to resolve this problem soon as i'm using only one sim. I 'm facing this issue for the first time. Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 04, 2020 Updated by Puja Chopade I Tried by inserting the this sim in other phone then received Vi network and when other idea sim inserted to my mobile then it received idea network but when my sim inserted then showing emergency call only. Please help to resolve this problem soon as possible. Otherwise no any option available without porting to other network.
