Idea Cellular — Sim card temporary hold due to non submission of documents

My mobile no. Is [protected] i am bijoy kumar pradhan. I am using this no. From last 10 years, but last month i submitted all document with photo in your idea customer care center in asharam communication, raigarh, chhattishgarh, but customercare replied the no. Is temporary hold due to not submission of documents customercare centre not responding my query.
