Hi, My name is srikanth I am using idea prepaid sim for more than 2 years. Recently have i upgraded my mobile phone which got nano sim. So i visited the nearest idea showroom(adambakkam, chennai) on 13th jan 2017 and store guy told it will take 24 hrs to proccess. Even after 24 hrs i didnt got any sort of reply. So i visited store again and the same guy told it will activate to night. But it didn't got activated even after 2days. I went there again and same guy was telling that there is an issue in store server bcoz of that your request hasnt processed and it will be activated soon. But later we came to know that he has given wrong sim to us. I have lost trust on idea service. Store guy's name:gomathi sankaran
