[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — sim exchange my old number

I lost my number [protected]
My name is raj subhash
S/o hanmanth reddy
I was blocked my number 2 months back.
I brought my number for 2000/-. I tried calling customer too many times to resolve my issue on taking my sim. There was less time.
When i go to store there was an issue for my sim exchange. There was no time with in 15 days my sim validity will expire.
199 premium number validation failed is showing.
Always customer executive says no issues go and take your sim on any store.
