My idea sim got deactivated without any notification that the sim will get deactivated in 2-3 days and i have to make some recharge in the sim.
The sim got deactivated on 18th june and i have called and emailed customer care on 20th june asking how they can do this without any notification and is there any provision to re-activate it again as its just 2 days before the sim got deactivated.
As now-a-days, every online activities are linked to mobile number, so it is important to notify customers before deactivating their sim. If i would have been informed, i would recharge the sim. Every online account is linked to that number, so it became problem for me now.In case of any emergency where i would require to make some online banking transaction, i cannt do anything.
The company should either re-activate the sim, if the customer is coming to them within 10 days or should provide the same number to the customer. Was this information helpful? |
