[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Sim is not getting activated

Hi i am idea customer from last 10 years recently i have purchased new 4g phone and i have requested for sim exchange (From old to new sim for new phone) at idea retailer strore and submitted original photo id of aadhar pan and election for 3times and each time registration is getting failed and also my old sim is also deactivated and now i don't have any active idea number please resolve my problem my deactivated mobile number is [protected] thanks. Sep 25, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Problem has been resolved at retailer end or consumer complaint don't no but my new sim is activated thanks consumer complaint and idea care center Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Hello my idea number is linked with my aadhar but I didn't use it so the number is deactivated. I called on it and it says number does not exist so, it isn't assigned to anyone yet but VI store said it's not their number, thus they cannot give it to me. It's my idea number that I used for years. Is there a way I can get that number as all my aadhar OTP will come on that number
