Idea Cellular — Sim not activated and non receival of benefits as stated by the salesman | |||
Date 06/08/2015 I purchased a sim card of IDEA GSM on 6th of august 2015 and was told that sim will get activated by 9 PM the next day. It began catching network by 9 but i wasn't able to make a call via it. I then called customer care and verified my credentials and he said everything will be fine within 1/2 an hour. I am waiting for that 1/2 an hour to end. Was this information helpful? | |||
