Idea Cellular — SIM not activated on time

Dear Sir, I submitted my document to convert my mobile number [protected] on Date 08/04/2015 and get new idea post paid SIM by your seller exicutive. But my new idea SIM is not active till now & suddenly my both of SIM network disconnected at last 24hour & your customer care executive or idea point officer not give positive responce properly. And they not active my idea SIM. Really I am very unsatisfied and also irited with your service. One important think for your more information tomorrow is my birthday & my permanent SIM is out of range.
