[Resolved] Idea Cellular — sim not getting activated after porting

I ported 2 numbers to idea cellular. Number porting happened on saturday night. Calling 59059 since sunday morning, nobody is answering. Call is going on hold infinitely. Idea cellular reps don't have a clue what to do. I have ported previously to other carriers, never faced this problem with them. Please activate numbers asap otherwise i need to port out of idea.

Updated by Shweta Seshadri I ported to idea from airtel last week.. It took 3 days and multiple complaints to activate network. Now i have a new problem. My handset is redmi 3s prime and i have a 4g plan. Data services are not working since activation. Idea customer care says that redmi 3s prime handsets have lower 4g frequency so idea 4g will not work on this handset and i have to use 2g plan. When they are selling plans they don't tell you this. Is there anyway govt can take such cheats to task? Airtel 4g used to work on the same handset, i ported out because of network issues.
