My network is not showing.
I have a dual SIM phone. In 'Settings' it shows SIM (ie, [protected]) not inserted; my other SIM, with number [protected] shows connected. I shut down the phone, interchanged the SIMs. It still shows my Idea SIM (ie, [protected]) not inserted.
My conclusion : My SIM ([protected]) is not working.
I tried calling the NCR customer care number +[protected] from my land line[protected] at around 5.50 pm. The person was talking too fast; ultimately when we were able to communicate, he said he cannot guide me.
What should I do ?
