[Resolved] Idea Cellular — sim not working even with international roaming activated

Hi,
My name is shruti gurjar and i have idea prepaid sim card with me ([protected]). This sim card have international roaming activated. I recently traveled to usa and added idea sim card to new phone. This is not working ; i don't see any coverage for idea neither it is registering to usa partner at&t.
I submitted request #12465 with [protected]@ideausa. Zendesk.com on 12 dec to update imei information. Till now i haven't received single update on this ticket and so i am unable to use sim card. This is really frustrating.
