Sir/madam,
I have lost my sim card of idea more than a year ago and someone is using the sim from my name. I want to switch off the sim card forever. I phoned on 198 from another idea number and they asked for last recharge. How could i know that, it was lost a year ago or it may have happened that, the thief have done some recharge.
It would be helpful if you provide me with last three calls and last recharge, or you shut down the sim card number [protected] (The lost sim card of idea).

Hello,
I am unable to make out going calls bt receive incoming calls. I have a plan o[censored]nlimited calls for one month and still have 20 days of validity. I can neither make calls to contacts nor the customercare. I says check the number you gave dialed.
