[Resolved] Idea Cellular — sms stopped working

Hi, Sms service stopped working after upgrading my sim to 4g. Tried setting message center number in two different phones still got no luck. I am unable to call any customer service number but other outgoing call is working perfectly. Every service is now otp based, so without messaging service i am in great trouble. I goes to office my old simn to new sim customer executive some one else problem like=only Friday change, no sim available, 100 rs charge and replace any more
