[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Still no response from idea

Hello, I have still not received any update from idea and when i am trying to contact the customer care people they say your sim is blocked and we cant do anything.i spoke to mr. Shahid he is senior person and mr. Deepak and also one named arihant or arvind all of them were useless and were just trying to fool around. I have 4 more connections of idea i will never ever use idea anymore and will discard the sim once the balance will be over because of such useless behaviour. Even customer care people are not willing to help. I have recharged every month on my sim but when i went to idea showroom they said that you have not recharged your Sim since 90 days and when i asked them to check the transaction they said they will not be able yo provide me the information. I do have the recording as well and will wait till 2 days else i need to go for further to action. As this is a major concern and company is not even bothered to take care of it. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible else this will be highly escallated.
