[Resolved] Idea Cellular — stopped my sim before promised date and with incorrect reason, support team not replying on previous complaint

Dear idea representative,

Stopped my sim before promised (31mar2018) date and with incorrect reason, support team not replying on previous complaint.

Due to this service from idea i am suffering from problems, lead for penalties, and not able to give exams.

I received wrong reasons to deactivate my service on prior complaint.

I am not in country and no other way to do banking, exam transactions, my all the otp coming on my number : [protected]

Kindly check records before replying me. And please tell me, really i need to knock court for this loss?

We tried reaching you on your provided alternate contact number i.e. +[protected], but couldn't get through as it was showing that the given number is not working . Hence, we request you to share us the below information to register a complaint for your concern.

1. Name of the country you're located in or visiting and complete address of the same along with zip code and landmark.
2. Handset name & model number.
3. Duration of the problem.
4. Have you tried changing the handset and tried checking the status etc.

Greetings !!

I came India to get this issue resolved,

Kindly help me on this matter, To whom i contact now because this is very important for me.

i am in followup with local Service distributor, My Idea store, and they are commenting we can not do anything due to it is registered somewhere else.

I should some days to reconnect my SIM . and found within 2 weeks my number is active with another person(this should not happen).

Hoping for your Prompt reply.
