Dear Sir, I am ex costumer of Reliance company since 2011 and i have used reliance no very smoothly but for last few days the network is not covering properly so i decided to port my reliance number in idea, in first month my idea bill is in proper limit but in current month my number has barred for last 1 week and told me that i have used it by Rs 1900/- for sending messages sir i m telling you that how can you barred my number without generating bill second thing u that i have not use this by 1900/- no messages have been sent by me. i ma not able to make outgoing calls for last 4 days my no is barred and when i reached the idea outlet they are not giving proper response . My IDEA number is [protected] please u look into this matter urgently and activate my number urgently and waiver the extra charges as soon as possible otherwise i m bound to knock the door of Hob'ble court .
