[Resolved] Idea Cellular — the behavior of idea customer care representative | |||
An Idea Customer Care Representative (Billing) named "Shalini" is a very rude executive. She calls every month and misbehaves and uses unnecessary words for urgent bill payments despite me having never defaulted any of my payments before. She demands I tell her when I will make my payment. When I said that it doesnt matter when I make the payment as they are anyway going to charge me a late fee then whats the hurry? On this she said that i should have informed the company while porting that I will not be paying my bills on time and hung up on me rudely. I wish strong action be taken against her and made sure that she doesnt get to interact with customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
