[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — to convert idea number from postpaid to prepaid

I am an idea postpaid user of the number [protected]. Due to some good offers in prepaid, i want to convert my idea number into prepaid. I am trying this since last few months but idea cellular is not converting my number into prepaid by giving several excuses, reasons and non-sense rules made by them.
First they said that you can convert it between 1st to 5th date of the month. Then they said that it can be converted only after generation of bill and after paying full bill amount alongwith some excess amount. After that also they called me several times saying that, "don't convert into prepaid we will provide you very good offers in postpaid itself." and finally yesterday they again rejected my request saying that i had accepted some of their offer on phone (Which i really never did) so i could not be able to convert into prepaid nor i will be able to port my number to some other operators for next six months. This means they have hijack my number.
This is really very disappointing. These people are cheaters and don't allow users to convert into prepaid or to port their numbers. So i am planning to solve it legally. So please suggest me what can i do against such fraud company? Where should i make complaint: trai, consumer forum, general court etc?
