Hello,
I want to bring to your attention that i have been frauded by idea cellular. I have taken a new connection to complete some urgent project work over the internet. I took a new connection (Under mobile no. [protected]).
The reason for my complaint is that i topped up a unlimited internet pack (10gb) worth rs 1845 on 05th july at 23:23pm which didnt reach my account immediately and hence following morning i made a call to your customer services team. I have been advised by the customer team that this pack will be added to my account on 8th july and given that i needed to finish urgent work i have to top up my account again with 2gb on 6th july morning. On 8th july i realised that the 10gb topup was still not added to my account and hence i reached out to the customer services team again.
They advised me that my topup of 10gb worth rs 1845 is lapsed as i have topped up my account again (I. E. 2gb) but this information was not given to me when i made the call on 6th july morning prior to topping up again.
Now the customer services team without helping me are saying that this is how the idea system is designed but why should customer pay the price of your flawed system design. This is really a fraud. Its like i bought something from supermarket and paid for it and then bought something else and they refuse to give me the 1st item and saying that i can you the 1st item as you bought the 2nd item and all you can now have is the 2nd item but pay for both the item. Cant believe it. Its a joke..
It doesn't make any sense at all. You should provide the customer the services what they have paid for and not make them responsible for your flawed designed system.
I paid rs 1845 for 10 gb data so i should get that service and not some senseless explanation.
I hope you will look into this matter as a matter o[censored]rgency and arrange a top up of rs 1845 (I dont want refund).
