[Resolved] Idea Cellular — total blackout of signals

The signals are totally blocked out, internet servers are down, not able to place or receive any call.
This problem is not one timer its a persistent issue with the network
The signals of this providers are too weak to work
Kindly fix this as soon as possible as it is creating a lot of problems to customers.
Kindly look into your network issues otherwise soon we have to switch from idea to other network providers.

Idea detected Rs.20 from my balance amount for some nonsense thing which I never even heard about
So I would kindly request them to please see to it, as soon as possible.
