Idea Cellular — Twice recharged on same idea number because of technical issue

Respected sir,
I would like to bring your kind attention towards the problem faced by me today.
Due to some technical issue i have got recharged my idea number twice of amount Rs 259 data plan.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible and refund the amount as soon as possible.
