[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unable to get cashback

I recharged my idea number using my idea app at 19 nov 2019. When it offered 100% cashback. But after recharge i don't get any cashback. When i contact customer care then they say that due to technical problems i am unable to help you. Please call after 1-2 hours. I called them again and again. After 45 days they tell me due to changes in recharge plan i am unable to help you. I want my cashback. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

(Idea cellular) ([protected]) I have been charged for Rupees 3 and then again Rupees 3 and then Rupees 10. I don't know for what? I received these messages from 51998. Review my application and Kindly refund my main balance.

I'm unable to make outgoing calls as well as sent messages. I've recharged for RS 10 but still the same. It's little urgent I hope I get a quick solution. Thank you.
