[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unable to port to other mobile network providers from idea

I have tried lot of times to send Port request sms to 1900 from my Idea Mobile no.
but its showing as unable to send the port request. kindly do needful action.

i am requesting you to please resolve this as earliest. since 1 month i am facing network issue due to there is no Idea coverage at my working location and only BSNL network available there.

this is the issue.
