[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unable to receive text messages since sim change | |||
Date: 12-Dec-2018 I have replaced my prepaid old SIM with 4G SIM in idea store and since then I am not receiving any text messages from any provider including OTPs. I can send messages but not receiving messages. There is no problem with calls. I called idea customer care and they asked me to restart phone. I did all basic troubleshooting like restarting phone, removing and adding SIM, putting SIM in another phone and nothing seems to be working. There is no issue with phone setting or message center number setting. I am really frustrated with this problem as I am unable to many things due to not having OTP.
