[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Unable to use 500mb bundled data

I am idea prepaid customer [protected], i had got bundled 500 mb data when bought it with nokia asha 502.
I am using the sim in the same handset & the account balance shows 501 mb data, but i am unable to use it. everytime i browse net the balance is deducted, I would emphasise that i am using same handset.
