Idea Cellular — unauthorized deduction

Dear Sir, An unauthorized deduction has been done from my mobile no [protected]. of 50 Rs. special recharge of 50 MB was activated from your side.then why you have made deduction from my main balance. and 2 MB data usage is still remaining When I complained on customer care they were saying that 50 MB data was only for face book usage and you have used it for other purpose. why such type of instructions were not given before. Request you to please refund my balance. Regards, S.Singh

Not satisfied with your resolution
The.message I recivied for gprs plan did not specify it usage before and after deduction you telling about the terms & conditions and fake reasons. how where you deducting the money and data usage to gether at same time .
