[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — unethical charges even after requesting to close the connection

I stopped using the idea number for more than 8 month after clearing all the outstanding bills. Requested multiple times to close the connection over phone and at their office. They just don't want to close it cause they want more billing cycles to be completed and ask to visit some other office at some other corner to close the connection. Every idea office doesn't have the option to close the connection but you do all the other selling even below a tree. Even after stopping to use the connection i had to pay extra 3 months of bill. After that when i reached the office where the connections are actually closed they refused to close, for which the reasons were random based on my questioning more like you will get a new bill use that to close, they have recently stopped us from closing connections and you could actually do it through call center, the server is down, i am not authorized.
And now i am getting calls from civil court stating to close the bill for the other 3 months. This is organised loot and very sad to see that our judiciary is actually helping them

Dear idea team,

I am facing one of the waste & third class service from idea. Last six months call also not receiving properly. Yesterday I made recharge that also not successful.

Can you take care or should I go for Airtel portability.
