Please note that I've been using my VI number [protected] since 2015.
It has been continuously active since 2015 and the plan validity of my last prepaid recharge plan of 84 days was up to 4th June.
Suddenly my Number stopped working on 19th May. There was No Network, No Incoming, No Outgoing - completely Blank & on enquiry from the VI Gallery, I was informed that my number was disconnected for want of KYC & further that the number could be activated only if I opted for Postpaid Connection under Family Plan with an additional New VI Connection.
I was made to pay Rs.100 for reconnection charges or SIM replacement charges.
After that I received a call from Customer Care & I narrated the whole saga to the Customer Care Representative. He assured me to help in this regard & helped me in processing the online application for
'POSTPAID TO PREPAID' migration. I also made an Online Payment of Rs. 479/- towards activation of the PrePaid Recharge Plan with a Validity of 56 days for the Successful Completion of my application.

After going through the above ordeal, my number is still not working.
It has been 20 days and is still in the disconnection mode.
