Recharged Rs 199 - 2G internet - 2GB FUP (beyond unlimited) on friday 3/7/2015. I didn't get 2GB FUP credited in my account. Speed is pathetic mostly not even 1KB/S.
When I contacted customer care they said theres some technical issue and wait for few hours. I tried again and again they said the same thing. Tried again next day they said that crap again and said it will be fixed on sunday(5/7/2015).
I tried contacting them again on sunday, these stupid agents dont understand anything and saying to clear browser cache or reset default APN. I tried that and it didn't fix the issue.
I dont understand why they are cheating customers with false expectations. I demand an explanation or refund for this pathetic 2G internet. They can claim for whatever data usage usage happened afterwards, not even 5MB i hope.
I just need my money back or a resolution with 2GB data FUP credited asap.
