[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Unexpected amount of bill against mobile No.[protected] for the month of April-May payable by May 31,2016

Dear Sir, I request you kindly resolve the issue o[censored]nexpected amount Rs.3418.98 bill against mobile No.[protected] for the month of April-May payable by May 31, 2016, It is also submitted that I approached the local idea office and complaint of the matter but the issue was not resolved, I have deposited the amount of Rs.3419/- as they assured the amount will be adjusted in the next bill, but I am not sure.The person sitting in the Local Idea office told me that T have used over and above GPRS than the given pack of 2G
which is not true as I am using this pack from last 4-5 yrs,
So I request you to kindly resolve the issue.
