Sir/Madam,
Yesterday I complained for the unexpected loss of my whole 1GB Mobile Data before its expiry date ie.22/07/17, where I'v not browsed.
I was called, from the customer care office and told to check if there is any background App that is consuming the Data.
Sir/Madam, I got my mobile set (Micromex A 106 Unite2) checked by the mobile dealer cum repairer, but he told there is everything OK and no App is opened at the back.
Secondly, on 8th Feb'2017 I again recharged with Rs.156/- for 28 days for 1GB data, and strangely today ie. after two days my Mobile data is 100 MB.
Sir/Madam, I m really fedup of all these..From past three years I haven't faced any such problem..with same set and with no changes in settings.
I humbly request you to please please look into this matter and please refund my MBs.
