Sir,
I am your customer having mobile no [protected] since last three months. I have noticed that the bill for July 2015 has been prepared wrong. This is totally disgusting. I will only pay the actual bill after my own calculation not the one sent by your company. I will also make a complaint in consumer forum against you. So please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
