[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Unfair deduction for Socialbook VAS

[protected] is the SIM no. of my 4G router acct no.[protected]. After checking details of bill I found that the company is deducting Rs 45 per 15 days since several months. As the SIM is in router apparatus & is undetachable, it is absurd & irritating . The customer service support is not responding. So Pl. request the company to refund deducted amounts.
