[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Unnecessarily money deduction

70 Rs deducted from unnecessary services activated without touching mobile on 19th and 20th sep 2016.Idea has activated 3 services and made my balance zero. New comers joined idea to make loss. This type of deduction make consumer to switch. If I do not get money back I will port it. its really irritating. Govt should take action to stop these kind of deduction. I will go to consumer court. My mob no. [protected].
