Idea Cellular — Unnecessary bill charges

I have been charged unnecessarily for internet pack ..
Which i had requested for deactivation before the date of bill generation ie 23rd February and was confirmed by the employee at idea store .
Rs200 is added which is not tolerable without using the internet evwn for a single rupee and after deactivation .
