[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Unnecessary bill generating of my idea postpaid number although it's already closed

Hi idea team/sandeep,

I just received a call from idea ([protected]) the spoke person was vishal kamble,
I already requested to you guys to close all the services for [protected], but still i am receiving your email to pay due amount, please check the attached document and send me confirmation,
And if sandeep nirwan is available please take action against him, this person told me that he will close my number once i will make all the due amount.
If still it will continue i will take legal action against you guys.

Yogita/Idea team,
Are you guys not serious about your work or lack of knowledge, I already sent many eMails to you guys to prof that I already stopped all services of idea but still you guys generating unnecessary bills without any reason, why you people are not taking action against that person sanjeev nirman.
Please close my number [protected], I am not using that number since March 2017 and I have paid all the bills generated till April 2017..
