Rs 12 /- deducted today when i recharged Rs 30/- . I called immediate to customer care . Supervisor told that deduction made due to taken loan Rs 10/-. But he was unable to give details. I need details now OR refund my balance. For your information i have not taken any loan. Please check and revert back.
