[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unnecessary my amount deducted | |||||
My name chandrakant i from hassan, karnataka i am using idea sim i was recharge 16/0917 rs.40 from recharge date i never call never sms never used data also my balance is rs.3 only unnecessary amount is deducted from idea service i was called customer care over this issue and i spoke with vibha one of customer care executive she telling wrong information me and also i confirm with 198 complaint service no.
