I have been charged twice for vas i did not ask for. Rs 50 were deducted on june 18th, 2017 and today (20th june 2017), 35 rs have been deducted for another service. I have been trying to call the customer care on 12345 but they are too busy to attend the calls. There is no provision of speaking to their executive on 198. I have been unsubscribed from the vas services for now but what is the guarantee that this will not happen again. I have been duped of rs 85 from my balance. Idea, please look into the matter.
