I used an idea number [protected] for which the use of services was stopped in may 2017. But idea kept on adding the bill for subsequent months.
After complaining and talking to several executives no solution was given. Even the executives did not give a reference number to track the complaint.
Today i received a call from an idea executive with a threat that if i don't pay the bill, there will be legal action. I'm only going to pay the fair bill for services used.
I condemn the poor customer service and complaint resolution system of idea.
On top of that there is a recovery team which has no no link to complaint resolution.
