Regret to inform that i am totally unsatisfied with idea service.
I am one of the oldest customer using service almost 8yrs, i am not happy with the way customer care colleagues treated the other day.
My name is mangirish mohan naik, working with m/s. Ceebinas airport services pvt ltd as a duty officer.
I have 03 connections with i. E
[protected] - govt. Plan with 3g (Rs.100 - 200mb) &
[protected] - govt. Plan with 2g (Rs.154 - 01gb).
[protected] - govt. Plan without internet.
Yesterday suddenly first two outgoing was blocked without any message or intimation and on enquiring came to now that my unbilled amount exceeds my limits rs.3600 & rs.2043 respectively, but on asking justification customer care guys were unable to justify.
Afterwards, in the afternoon i got a call that i have used data more than my allowable limits, but how is it possible when i am regularly getting pop-ups regarding data usage and also as i am using idea service for quite a long period, i know how much data i am using (Limits).
I have not used the data on which idea have charged me and i am not agreed. It mean in a day i have used data of rs.5600 almost. How rediculas and obviously any one will loose temper in such situation.
You might be knowing that there are some cases where service providers have charged customer blindly extra additional charges by chetaing them. It mean if they will charge e. G. Rs.10000 next time should i agree or will any one agree, definitely not.
You can check my records, my bill payments are regularly without fail. It might be some error or mistake from idea side.
I request you to please waive off the charges idea have charged on data used and unblock my out going calls, i will pay my regular bill i. E. Rs.487 ([protected]) & rs.320 ([protected]) but frankly not going to pay any additional charges which are unnecessarily charged on my both the numbers at any cost.
If not so, sorry to say i will go for another service provider for all three numbers, which indeed i don't want to.
Again requesting you to please waive-off my data charges as i am not going to pay for which i have not used the service.
