Idea Cellular — Untoward terrif cut and unavailability of net pack

Please provide as much information as possible... Recently I called on 12345 for 2 minutes which cost Rs16 inspite of bing a tallfree number Also i requested for a recharge for 54 for 500MB 3G data for 30 days Since then my net is on Edge I am not getting 3G network My idea no is [protected] Name Ajay kumar Choudhary Please help
