[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unwanted bill after 4 years

I have received an email from idea for bill payment. I am not using idea for at least 4 years now and do not understand why they are sending me bill now. I really do not understand why they are sending the bill now. I have replied to their email that i am using idea services and have not received any response after that. Can anybody help me with this? Dear Sir/Madam,

In our area idea tower is crash. Due to this crash, network is not available for mobile phones. People around this area faces many problem regarding to rhe network. Please solve this problem as early as possible.
