Dear Sir,
I am suffering from unwanted due bill from idea. on 31st August I received a massage from idea that i have used 9.8 GB data from 0.00hr to 6.00 hr morning. however i was in my bed at the same time. i called to customer care and also visit to Local Idea Care at Rudrapur Awas Vikas Holi Chowk.
But i didn't get any solution. Idea Cellure Charging Amount 3200.00 which is not used by me. and my Cell No. [protected] is barred from that day and i am suffering problem due to this barring.
