[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unwanted sms despite activation of dnd-not getting proper response from! dea cc

I have registered my number in fully dnd but i continue to get unsolicited messages on my number.…

I have logged complaint regarding this on your website (Attaching complaint
Reference mail), but still getting promo sms…

I called your cc, they replied and advised me to call 1909…

I called 1909, your representative (Sabana) told me that they can not stop promo sms i am getting from other sources…

Continue sending mail to idea cc and nodal officer, but not getting a single response from them..

I really flustered now (Daily i received approx. 25 promo sms, max from hp-equity)

Continue Sending mail to Idea CC and Nodal Officer, but not getting a single response from them..
