[Resolved] Idea Cellular — upc code cannot be generated | |
Hi, i have been using idea sinve three years and i want to port out to another network for my international travel purpose. I have been trying to get the upc code since 14 days and i'm getting a message that says: "upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact your service provider for further assistance." I've also contacted the idea customer care many times regarding this issue for which they initially said it is a technical issue and would be resolved within 48 hrs. This obviously didn't happen. On another call they said it's an issue with trai and would be resolved soon but there's no progress with the issue. Was this information helpful? | |
