[Resolved] Idea Cellular — upc not generating / complaint not resolved

I’m trying to port out from idea from past 10 days due to bad network and every time getting below error. Upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. I raised concern to service provider but they couldn’t assist me and they closed my complaint as well without any resolution. Jan 25, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I am able to generate UPC now and it has been communicated with customer support Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
