[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Using cheap bad words without a genuine reason

I got a call stating that calling from Delhi High court and wants me to call his senior lawyer with a file number.
When he does not explain me detail what is this about. I keep asking why should I call them and why can't you explain me that who complained about me.
Person has no patience and started using very cheap ugly bad words...I was really very upset because am in office and this was heard before my employees.

I mean I don't know idea is really using these kind o[censored]nprofessional manners to collect the dues.

In my case several months before I had closed my account after visiting in person and got a final receipt with no due balance.

Today I got this SMS please read below:-

Final remainder!Advocate summon notice dispatched due to nonpayment of Rs.475for idea acno.[protected].Pay today to avoid legal action.Cont [protected]

I lost complete hope in idea and need to think several times to recommend someone.

Hope some higher official should track or consider this.

There should be a clear explanation or a detailed information is need for the collection agents to share...They keep threating which is no use for company reputation.
